“Zwickauer Blick” Zeitungsartikel
Ich war mal wieder in der Zeitung, ist zwar nur ein kleiner Artikel und auch nicht wirklich über mich, aber wenigstens steht mein Vorname mit drin *LACH*
Ausstellung 15.08.09 “Kunst und Kulturmeile” in Zwickau
Heute war meine Ausstellung auf der Kunst und Kulturmeile in Zwickau. Vielen Dank an alle die mich besucht haben 
Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Tag und ich werde sicherlich nächstes Jahr wieder dabei sein!
Ein großes Dankeschön auch an Frau Petra Küster die mich sehr unterstützt und mir in meinen weiterkommen mit meiner Kunst sehr hilfreich ist!

Portrait of talented, pretty DA artist Anne aka Lorelai [link] Made with my pastels: I don’t know how much time I have spent on it, I never spent so much time completing a drawing (maybe more than 30 hours). I wanted the bright tones to be (almost) perfect and a bit cartoonlike but giving an acute glimpse of her beauty though.
Anyway, hope you like it!

She is a very talented pencil artist who has done some really amazing portraits! It’s been almost 2 years since my last drawing of multiple portraits. I thought it would be interesting to do this theme for a portrait of Anne because I don’t think anybody would try this! I wanted to do at least 4 portraits to show different facial expressions. I chose to use only black biro pen with no pencil outlines! Pen doesn’t produce my best drawings but I think they create my most interesting ones! Some previous pen drawings have been disappointing but overall pen hasn’t let me down. I started from bottom left, then bottom right, top left and finally top right. This is also the order of how difficult each portrait was to draw! Had many moments when I thought I messed up but I just kept on going! My fav of the 4 is the top left portrait!
I hope you like this portrait Anne! I couldn’t show any WIPs because it would have ruined the surprise! Now you know why I couldn’t tell you who I was drawing because it was you! Of course I would welcome any criticism you have on this drawing!

Completed in 4 very long days!

Finally I’ve done it! It’s a portrait of Anne again. I like this one much better then my previous one of Anne, though I’m still not very happy about the result (hair look messy I guess).
